Aperio Partners was formed in 2012 and serves an international client list of developers, real estate funds, family offices and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
The company’s principal goal is to assist clients in developing world-class hospitality and real estate projects that are financially viable and fulfil their inherent market potential.
Prior to forming Aperio Partners, its founders were part of the management team at KPMG (Real Estate, Leisure and Tourism Practice). Collectively, the company has advised on projects in more than 30 different countries including locations as diverse as Dubai, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, South Africa, Morocco, and Oman. Their experience of European markets spans projects in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Switzerland, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, and Montenegro.
